Jul 01,20261. Sit in the correct posture. Many corporate and personal office chairs have adjustable backs, cushions and even lumbar cushions. Everyone uses a different chair, the important thing is to meet the following standards:
The thighs must be close to the seat.
The calf and knee should be at a right angle of 90 degrees.
Keep your feet close to the ground at a 90-degree right angle to your calf.
The back should be at a 100-135 degree angle to the thighs as much as possible.
Keep your arms close to your sides.
The shoulders and neck should be relaxed.
The eyes can look at the screen comfortably without the need to stretch or strain the neck or eyes.
2. Adjust the cushion of the chair. If the chair has lumbar pads, custom cushions, adjustable armrests, or other special cushions, you can adjust them according to your needs.
If the armrests and cushions affect your sitting posture, you can remove them.
3. The keyboard is as close to the body as possible. The keyboard should be placed directly in front of the body, without turning around or bending over to reach the computer.
It’s to keep your computer screen at least one arm away from you.
4. Keep your head up. Your neck may stretch forward, causing your chin to close to your chest, causing neck, shoulder, and back pain. Keep your head up when looking at the computer screen.
One solution is to adjust the height of the display so that it is flush with the line of sight.
5. Take a deep breath. Breathing tends to become shallow when sitting, and it is easy to cause other problems over time. Be sure to take deep breaths often, especially when you have headaches or dizziness. Try to take deep breaths several times an hour.
Shallow breathing can cause you to change your body posture unconsciously, while deep abdominal breathing helps your body maintain a center posture.
